We can handle most any project – from remodel in place to full tear outs and new layouts, new additions, or totally new construction.
What should I expect my financial investment to be?
Each project is unique, but on average our homeowner investment for a custom kitchen starts around $125k. Bathrooms start around $55k.
How long will the project take?
Every project is different, so this is a tough question to answer. Once we have the full scope determined, we can give you an accurate timeline so that you know what to expect, and when to expect it.
Can I live in my house during the project?
You can! It really just depends on what the scope of the project is and if you have space to live/function outside of the construction zone.
What does Design + Build mean?
For us, Design + Build means one contact from concept to completion. We work together as a team, with you, to ensure the project goes smoothly and according to plan. Our designers will provide 3d visual aids so that you don’t have any questions on how the space will turn out!
What should I expect working with an interior designer?
Our designers want to help you achieve your dream space- whether you have a clear picture of what you want or not! We can help you gather inspiration, nail down a design style and work through the lengthy selections process together in order to turn your dream home into a reality.
What can I expect working with a project manager?
Communication is key, and your project manager will be your main point of contact once construction begins. They will also be on site frequently throughout the project. This ensures no details get missed and everyone on the team is up to date at all times.
